Conference date: February 15th and 16th 2024

Our mission is to bring together scientists working on all fields of virology research from basic to applied and clinical science. We hope that this conference increase the overall awareness of the cutting edge virology research and will serve to stimulate scientific exchange and create opportunities for new collaborations among the participants.

Registration fee: 1000 CZK for students and members of ČSBMB, 2000 CZK others. Free admission for Ukrainian and Israeli scientists.

Thursday, February 15th:

13:00 – conference opening by the prof. Petr Sklenička, rector of ČZU

13:30 – 17:00 – lectures

17:00 – 18:00 – key-note lecture I, Florian Gehre

18:00 – 19:00 – poster session

19-00 – late night conference dinner and party

Friday, February 16th:

8:30 – 9:30 – key-note lecture II, Manfred Weidmann

9:30 – 12:00 – lectures

12:00 – 13:00 – key-note lecture III – Joep van Mierlo

13:00-13:30 – closing ceremony

– 17:00 – round table: assessment of COVID-19 pandemics in Czechia (in Czech, if confirmed during registration)
